Sony Trinitron 1996, model KV 21R20?

Hi everyone,
Just looking for a fast solution for my mom's TV down there in Cuba.
She has a Sony Trinitron TV 1996 model KV 21R20 and there is not other fix at this moment than getting this chip : CXA 1870 S. Sony.
I've tried in different sites but, nothing so far; can anyone give me a hand with this search please?

Your best bet is ringing around TV repair shops to see if they have any old models lying around with that same part number.

Also a TV repair shop who specializes in Sony TV's will probably still have stock of that old part.
